Once you have signed up, simply go to the 'collect' area of the app. In there you will see all of the ways you can earn points that day. Scroll to find something that you want to do and start earning points. You'll be prompted to check in once you have reached the destination.
Once you have logged in, simply go to the 'spend' area of the app. There you will find a list of rewards. Once you have earned enough points, the reward will show you a 'redeem' button. Wait until you are in store to click this and then show the cashier who will happily gift you your reward.
Check-in within the same shopping centre is limited to once per day. This is because we want to ensure fair distribution of points to every customer; while rewarding our loyal frequent visitors on a daily basis.
Your points will last forever! The rewards may change very frequently, though, so if you see something you like grab it fast.
There is no cash equivalent to points, however there are varying cash values of the rewards you can collect. Keep your eye out for the highest value on offer.

Unfortunately not! This is why there are 3 'are you sure' messages before redemption is allowed. We advise talking to the retailer and asking them to honour the redeemed reward.
